Where do I find my Order Confirmation?

Once your transaction is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email provided. You can also log onto to your account for order confirmation and updates. 

Where is my order?

Orders are processed 24-48 hours from purchase date (excluding weekend and major holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking information via email provided. You can also access your shipment information on my orders page. Order transit typically takes 5-7 business days from time of shipping. 

Can I change my shipping address or cancel the order after it has been shipped?

Once an order is processed and shipped we are not able to change the shipping address or cancel the order. However, you may contact the carrier directly to re-route to another address if needed.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to 48 states in the US (not including Alaska and Hawaii)

Do you ship international?

We currently only ship within the US, stayed tuned as we grow and expand our business.
