Where is my order?
Orders are processed 24-48 hours from purchase date (excluding weekend and major holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking information via email provided. You can also access your shipment information on my orders page. Order transit typically takes 5-7 business days from time of shipping.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel the order after it has been shipped?
Once an order is processed and shipped we are not able to change the shipping address or cancel the order. However, you may contact the carrier directly to re-route to another address if needed.
