What is your return policy?
We will accept return of items for up to 30 days after the shipping date for a full refund or store credit. Items marked Final sale are not eligible. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in the original packaging along with original invoice or copy of receipt. Refund will be credited back to your original payment or store credit issued to your account if merchandise is returned in required condition as listed within the 30 day from shipping date.

What is your exchange policy?
We are happy to make an exchange for a different size or if item(s) received is defective or damaged. Items marked Final sale are not eligible for exchange. Item(s) shipped for exchange must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in the original packaging along with original invoice or copy of receipt within 30 days from original shipping date.

How do I make a return or an exchange?
Contact us and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Simply print out the label and send us the product in the original package along with the original invoice or copy of receipt. Once your product is received and reviewed, we will notify you that your refund or exchange has been approved to be processed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method or an exchange will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.

What if I return or exchange after 30 days from the shipping date?
Sorry, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after the 30 days from shipping date, not meeting the required product condition, or if product is final sale.
